By creating a Fitelo account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Fitelo.

Fitelo provides general fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You train at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your limits.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Fitelo offers paid plans, including a yearly plan with a free trial and a weekly plan. Trials, prices, and billing terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

All workouts, course content, branding, and software are owned by Fitelo or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitelo is provided “as is” without warranties, and Fitelo is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service.
